Fkva Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Customer Relations Officer. The ideal candidate will lead and participate in marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive liability business while collaborating with the business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential sus/savings customers. The ideal candidate must have a customer-centric mindset. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Job Responsibilities
i. The candidate will keep and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential susu/savings customers.
Mobilization of cheap deposits
ii. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products/services.
iii. The candidate will be responsible for collecting deposits from customers' preferred locations daily.
Generation of new accounts
iv. The candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
v. The candidate must ensure that all KYC requirements and documents are accurate and adequate for all depositors
vi. The candidate will use customer information proactively in the prevention of fraud and scams.
vii. The candidate must adhere to field deposit collection policies and procedures, ensuring that customers' funds are deposited into customer accounts without suppression.
