Valency International – Ghana is seeking the services of detail-oriented and results-driven individuals for numerous job openings. Ideal candidates will lead the Way in Yam, Sweet Potato & Cassava Processing. Open Positions:

       i.          Sales

     ii.          Production Staff

   iv.          Warehouse Assistants/Managers

     v.          Operations Officers

Responsibilities

Sales Officers

       i.          The candidate will drive product sales and build strong customer relationships.

     ii.          The candidate must have proven work experience in FMCG or agro-processing sales, preferred.

Production Staff

       i.          The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring food processing machinery.

     ii.          The candidate must ensure quality and safety in all production activities.

Procurement Officers

       i.          The candidate will outsource raw materials (yam, cassava, sweet potato)

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and managing stock inflow

Warehouse Assistants/Managers

       i.          The candidate will oversee inventory management and dispatch logistics

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records

Operations Officers

       i.          The candidate will coordinate daily facility operations

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for improving workflow and ensuring timely production targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

       i.          Relevant experience or educational background in the chosen field

     ii.          Strong communication and teamwork skills

    iii.          Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

   iv.          Knowledge of the agro-processing industry is an added advantage
