Blue Financial Service Ghana Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Verification Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying loan documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Job Purpose

To verify loan documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.

Reporting Line

Reports To: Approval Officer

Qualification & Experience

       i.          HND/Degree in Business Administration or related field

     ii.          Minimum 3 years' strong credit experience

    iii.          Familiarity with banking applications/software

   iv.          Understanding of direct and indirect lending processes

Core Responsibilities

       i.          Perform verification checks on supporting documentation for loan applications. • Adhere to KYC requirements.

     ii.          Conduct affordability checks in line with approved policies and legislative requirements.

    iii.          Evaluate creditworthiness and risk.

   iv.          Investigate and assess potential fraud; escalate where necessary.

     v.          Respond to customer queries on loan applications.

   vi.          Educate customers and optimize mobile app usage.
