Royal Kingdom Estate is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of Cinematographer. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position:

Key Responsibilities

·       Produce high-quality cinematic visuals for Royal Kingdom Estate marketing campaigns.

·       Capture high-quality videos of estates, construction progress, and property launches.

·       Plan and execute shoots (drone, gimbal, interviews).

·       Design lighting and composition to showcase premium property aesthetics.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team on storytelling and brand visuals.

·       Ensure professional post-production standards.

·       Accompany the Sales Team to capture scheduled and walk-in site viewings with high-quality visual coverage.

Requirements

·       5+ years of experience in cinematography or video production.

·       Strong portfolio (real estate content is a plus).

·       Skilled in cinematic lighting and camera movement.

·       Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines.

·       Strong leadership and collaboration skills with creative and production teams.

·       Manage full pre-production and post-production processes, including planning, storyboarding, editing, color grading, and final delivery.

Technical Skills

·       Proficiency in Sony/Canon/Blackmagic or similar cinema cameras and smartphones.

·       Skilled in Adobe Suite / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut etc.

·       Strong understanding of framing, color grading & storytelling.

·       Experience with drone cinematography.
