MK Foundation seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate must preferably be female, have a secretary background, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating calendars and meets.
· The candidate will plan and prioritize tasks.
· The candidate will be responsible for responding to emails and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
· The candidate will draft and proofread letters, reports, and presentations
· The candidate will be responsible for organizing travel plans and schedules
· The candidate will handle visa applications, transportation, and travel-related expenses
· The candidate will prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings
· The candidate will be responsible for managing personal errands
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
