Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements
· The candidate will handle email correspondence, reports and presentations
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events and projects in both the business and education sectors
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally
· The candidate will assist with office administration and stakeholder communication
· The candidate will be responsible for conducting research and preparing documents for business and educational initiatives
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Management or a related field
· 1 – 5 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, preferably in business or education
· Good organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
· Experience in event planning and travel management
· High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
