About the Role
The Executive Operations Assistant will be responsible mainly for assisting the CEO in daily operations at SYBI, a youth development organization (NOT an NGO). This is a fast-paced role, and the candidate must be very serviceable, passionate, disciplined, and self-motivated to excel. Your role is multi-faceted and requires adaptability and administrative dexterity. It also requires an individual with a growth mindset and long-term commitment, as it is a starter position in an amazing African organization with a global outlook. A global outlook then also requires professionalism, grit, a problem-solving mindset, and time consciousness. You'll assist in day-to-day administrative and logistics tasks to ensure that the CEO's projects run smoothly and efficiently. You must be able to meticulously fill Excel spreadsheets, adeptly put a presentation together on Canva, and still be humble enough to run errands when needed. You'll also be involved in keeping consistent track of goods, inventories, happenings, and movements within the general operations of SYBI. As an Executive Operations Assistant to a kind but assertive polymath, you must be open-minded, methodical, and accountable.
You'll be responsible for assisting the CEO in coordinating the efficiency and effectiveness of various functions within the organization, such as production, logistics, customer service, and human resources as well as drafting company policies, monitoring compliance, quality control, and daily operations of the CEO to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You will also become well-versed in various project operations, take minutes at meetings, draft briefs, emails and reports for the CEO as required, and prepare and file relevant documents. For every task that comes up you must very carefully identify what steps it would require to achieve completely to the desired result effectively, and excellently and apply them.
To be successful as an Executive operations assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong listening, organizational, critical thinking, observational, and interpersonal skills.

Purposeful Work is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, experienced individuals for the position of Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the calendars and reminders of the CEO. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, highly competent, and serviceable. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Managing calendars and reminders for the CEO.
ii. Taking notes and transcribing recordings of letters and meetings.
iii. Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
iv. Analyzing operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the CEO.
v. Assist with the management of daily operations which includes running errands and organizing to ensure smooth operations of all departments.
vi. Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations.
vii. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
viii. Excellently prepare reports, spreadsheets, briefing notes, various documentations, presentations, and correspondence materials.

v. Must be available to work long hours and travel outside Accra (when the occasion demands)
