Preda Guest House and Ventures is seeking a highly qualified, friendly, organized, and professional receptionist for immediate employment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage reservations, handling administrative tasks and coordinating with housekeeping. The ideal candidate must have hospitality/customer services experience. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will welcome and direct visitor’s in a courteous and professional manner, handle check –ins / outs and address inquiries.

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages and provide information as needed.

    iii.          The candidate will schedule and confirm appointments, meetings and conferences.

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.

     v.          The candidate will be responsible for manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

   vi.          The candidate must ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable.

  vii.          The candidate will respond to client and visitor inquiries efficiently and accurately.

viii.          The candidate will communicate with staff members to relay messages and coordinate activities.

   ix.          The candidate will process payments, handle correspondence and maintain guest documentation.

Qualification

       i.          Experience in hospitality/customer service preferred.

     ii.          Proficiency with booking systems and flexibility to work shifts.

    iii.          Working hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).

   iv.          Diploma / HND or Degree in Business Administration.

     v.          Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

   vi.          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  vii.          Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

viii.          Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

   ix.          Professional appearance and demeanor.

     x.          Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

   xi.          Preferred Gender: Male
