VisionFund-Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Internal Auditor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing organizational risks and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls. The ideal candidate must be motivated, ambitious, committed to learn, and hardworking. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position.

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will be responsible for assessing organizational risks and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls

     ii.          The candidate will identify weaknesses or gaps in processes and suggest improvements

    iii.          The candidate will perform operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for developing auditing plans. Scopes and objectives

     v.          The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data and transactions to detect inconsistencies or irregularities

Qualification

       i.          Must have at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in audit (Rural development with field work experience).

     ii.          Systematically and logically analyze information.

    iii.          Good knowledge of all statutes and regulations affecting the financial industry in Ghana.

   iv.          Excellent in spoken and written English and Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

     v.          Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

   vi.          Motivated, ambitious, committed to learn, and hardworking. enthusiastic, team player.
