Universal Microfinance seeks the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Loan Officer. The ideal candidate will generate sales leads, assess client credit risk, market loan products, and manage client relationships. The role also involves ensuring timely loan repayments and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have at least an HND in a relevant field. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will generate sales leads from prospective loan applicants
ii. The candidate will be responsible for conducting a risk assessment of the client
iii. The candidate will market loan products
iv. The candidate will be responsible for client relationship management
v. The candidate must ensure clients repay loans according to the schedule
Qualification
i. HND or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
ii. Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience
iii. The ability to drive with a driving license is an added advantage
iv. Good written and verbal communication skills
v. Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
