Landsar Facilities Management Limited is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Facilities Officer position. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field. As follows are the qualifications for the position;
Qualification
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
· A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, Property Management or a related field
· Great understanding of building systems knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems)
· Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety standards
· Customer-centered and attentive to details
· Strong communication skills and vendor management
