Cedarhills Services Limited is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a call center representative the ideal candidate should be fluent in both spoken and written English. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will be responsible for satisfying and responding to customer complaints, inquiries, queries and issues

·       Candidate will provide information about the company’s products and services

·       Candidate will process returns and take note of orders and requests

·       Candidate will perform other countless activities

Qualification

·       Minimum of six months proven experience in a call center or customer service environment

·       Good writing and verbal English communication skills

·       A functional Laptop computer

·       Reliable alternative power source

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills
