Betika Ghana Limited is seeking the services of detail-oriented, results-driven, hardworking and qualified individuals for the Product Executive position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of Betika's product offerings. The ideal candidate will act as a key collaborator, and contribute to customer advocacy, innovation and the overall advancement of Betika products. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will support the country manager in developing and executing the product strategy for Betika products, and offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting in managing the product development roadmap. Prioritizing features and updates to enhance user experience and drive business growth
  • The candidate will monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions on products.
  • The candidate will work closely with the team, marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
  • The candidate must ensure the sportsbook and gaming products deliver a seamless and engaging experience for users from navigation to betting processes.
  • The candidate must identify potential risks related to the sportsbook and gaming products and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, including fraud prevention and responsible gambling measures.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field

·       Possession of a professional certificate/membership to professional bodies is an added advantage.

·       Relevant certification in Product Management

·       Proven work experience in Product management is required

·       Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in products preferably in the betting industry
