A reputable company is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities:
i. Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules
ii. Set up and coordinate meetings (virtual and in-person), including agendas and minutes
iii. Organise and maintain office systems, records, and filing (electronic and physical)
iv. Prepare, organise, and manage reports, documents, and presentations
v. Coordinate office operations, supplies, and administrative processes
vi. Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders
vii. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
i. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator
ii. Strong organisational and time-management skills
iii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
iv. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
v. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
vi. High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Salary
GHS 1,500 – GHS 2,000, depending on experience.
