Bridge Cap is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Loan Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting clients. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Identify and recruit clients.

·       Assess loan applications and client eligibility.

·       Monitor loan repayments and customer relationships.

·       Promote BridgeCap products and services.

Requirements:

·       HND/Degree in Business, Marketing, finance, or related field.

·       Strong communication and sales skills

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

·       Previous experience in microfinance is an advantage.
