Payswitch is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Personal Driver. The successful candidate will safely operate and maintain the assigned vehicle for daily commutes, business, and personal errands. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and maintain the assigned vehicle for daily commutes, business, and personal errands.
  • Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled by the employer.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-fueled vehicle at all times.
  • Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, or packages.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for regular servicing, repairs, and documentation renewals (insurance, roadworthy, etc.).
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company/employer policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters concerning the employer.
  • Provide additional support with errands or tasks as requested.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must reside within or around Adjringanor, East Legon, East Legon Hills, Adenta, or Madina.
  • Must have proven experience driving business executives.
  • Must have experience driving luxury vehicles.
  • Must possess a valid Ghanaian driver's license with a minimum of five (5) years of driving experience.
  • Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
  • Must be 45 years of age or younger.
  • Must be a Christian.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and speak at least one Ghanaian local language.
  • Good knowledge of Accra and its surrounding areas.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure routine maintenance is carried out.
