Owinde Foods is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Customer Service and Social Media Officer. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions and improve the company’s presence on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be tasked to address customer inquiries, resolve customer issues and create engaging content to improve and maintain a positive brand image.
Responsibilities
· Candidate will attend to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media.
· Candidate will handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
· Candidate must provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
· Candidate must follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
· Candidate will create, curate and manage published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
· Candidate will engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages and reviews.
Qualification
· HND in Marketing or Communication
· A minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on working experience
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
· Good presentation skills
· Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Creative thinking and content creation skills
· Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
