L’Aine Hr is seeking the services of results-oriented, qualified and hardworking individuals for the Senior HR Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient management of the HR function. The ideal candidate will develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. The candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Manager or another relevant field. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities 

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. 

·       The candidate will track weekly and monthly KPI reports of employees and departments respectively. 

·       The candidate will be responsible for supporting the performance management and review process and making recommendations to the management. 

·       The candidate will provide efficient recruitment of required staff and oversee the onboarding of new employees. 

·       The candidate will work closely with relevant department heads to ensure training needs are aligned with organizational objectives. 

·       The candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating learning & development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. 

·       The candidate will design e-learning courses & training content, career plans, and workshops for employees. 

·       The candidate will be responsible for supporting in implementation of various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) 

·       The candidate will be responsible for regularly updating HR Staff Handbook with relevant policies based on research and current HR trends and best practices.  

·       The candidate must maintain and regularly update the database for all staff and their files. 

·       The candidate will support ensuring that all L’AINE staff observe and obey company rules and regulations. 

·       The candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff exits (exit interview, reception of all due them or all they due the company, handing over the property, etc) 

·       The candidate must ensure effective internal communication (emails, intranet, WhatsApp, in-person, wall branding etc) 

·       The candidate must perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

Personal Specification e.g. competencies, knowledge, experience required Required Skills, Qualification& Competencies 

·       Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field; Master's degree is an added advantage 

·       At least 3–5 years of experience in tech sales or HR technology, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. 

·       Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills. 

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships. 

·       Strong presentation skills, with a focus on value-based and consultative selling. 

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

·       Ability to effectively manage priorities and make data-driven decisions under pressure. 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
