We are looking for dedicated Call Centre Agents to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will deliver accurate information, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive company image while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

       i.          Answer customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory solutions.

     ii.          De-escalate and manage customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

    iii.          Inform clients about new products, services, and policies.

   iv.          Guide callers through troubleshooting and product/service usage.

     v.          Provide account updates on billing, shipping, and warranties.

   vi.          Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service delivery.

  vii.          Assist in training and onboarding new call center employees.

Requirements

       i.          Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Communication, or related field.

     ii.          1-2 years' experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred).

    iii.          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

   iv.          Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

     v.          Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

   vi.          Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
