Pro Support Services is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data and create financial models to support business planning and decision-making. The successful candidate must have experience with accounting software and ERP systems. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

     ii.          Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.

    iii.          Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

   iv.          Identify financial trends and provide actionable management insights.

     v.          Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.

   vi.          Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documents and reports.

  vii.          Conduct market research and benchmarking to support investment analysis. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report variances.

viii.          Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and improve financial processes.

   ix.          Recommend improvements to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

Requirements

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus).

     ii.          Experience working with a financial advisory firm or investment bank

    iii.          Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.

   iv.          Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.

     v.          Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

   vi.          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  vii.          Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
