Envoy Micro Credit Services is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Loan Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating loan applications. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will assess and evaluate loan applications
· The candidate will be responsible for evaluating clients on loan products, terms and repayment plans
· The candidate will conduct background checks and analyze financial statements
· The candidate must ensure timely loan repayment and follow up on overdue payments
· The candidate must build and maintain strong relationships with customers
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions
· The candidate will be responsible for adhering to company policies and financial regulations
Qualification
· WASSCE/HND in a relevant field
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Customer services-oriented mindset
· Should be between 18 to 32 years of age.
