A reputable company is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Call Centre Executive. The successful candidate will collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communication strategy. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of experience in a similar position. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Job Summary

Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

       i.          Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communication strategy

     ii.          Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand

    iii.          Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships

   iv.          Support our internal and external communication strategy

     v.          Implement and adhere to company policies

   vi.          Manage conflict as it rises and escalates to management

Qualifications and Requirements:

       i.          A minimum of an HND

     ii.          At least one year of experience in a similar position

    iii.          Excellent IT and communication skills
