Chapel Hill Managers is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for an Operations & Administrative Assistant to assist in managing the operations of an AirBnB and Restaurant business, while providing administrative support to the Business Owner. The successful candidate will support the effective day-to-day management of the AirBnB and restaurant from an operational and administrative perspective, as well as assist with other business interests of the Owner. The business serves high-profile local and international clients, therefore professionalism, discretion, and strong customer service skills are essential. The aim is to develop a strong, trusted, and long-term working relationship. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Key Responsibilities
i. Assist in managing and supervising daily operations of the AirBnB and restaurant
ii. Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Owner
iii. Support basic accounting, documentation, and record-keeping activities
iv. Assist with personnel coordination and staff-related matters
v. Liaise with chefs and other operational staff, including teams from the Togo/Volta Region
vi. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience
vii. Handle confidential information with discretion, honesty, and integrity
Ideal Candidate Profile
i. HND or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, with a good understanding of accounting and/or personnel management OR HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
ii. Ability to drive is an added advantage
iii. Ability to speak French and/or Ewe is a plus
iv. Naturally positive, friendly, and customer-care focused
v. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
vi. Demonstrates patience, honesty, confidentiality, and a high level of integrity
vii. Preferred age range: 25 – 29 years
