Farrelly Mitchell is seeking the services of high-achieving and hardworking graduates with a first-class degree in Agricultural economics or Agribusiness to join our team as National Service Personnel for the position of National Service Personnel. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agribusiness consulting, project management and SME support while receiving structure training to develop professional skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in researching and drafting concept notes for agricultural and agribusiness initiatives. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will assist in researching and drafting concept notes for agricultural and agribusiness initiatives.

·       The candidate will support in preparing funding proposals and business plans for agribusiness projects.

·       The candidate will be responsible for working with small and medium-sized agribusinesses, providing guidance and training to enhance operational efficiency.

·       The candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing and delivering agricultural projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project goals.

·       The candidate will conduct research and market analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.

Qualification

·       First-class degree in Agricultural Economics or Agribusiness (Agribusiness preferred if available)

·       Strong research, analytical and writing skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Passion for agriculture, agribusiness and rural development

·       Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
