BECC Academy is an education-focused initiative dedicated to making digital, creative, and entrepreneurial skills accessible to young people across Africa. As we grow, we’re looking for an Administrator to support our operations and help us deliver smooth, impactful learning experiences. If you're an organized, proactive individual who wants to contribute meaningfully to youth development, this role is a great fit. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Role Overview

As an Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our programs running. You’ll work closely with our team, instructors, and students to ensure that communication, coordination, and documentation are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

       i.          Coordinate schedules, classes, and communication across teams

     ii.          Assist with student registration, attendance tracking, and updates

    iii.          Maintain records and manage basic data entry

   iv.          Help prepare documents, announcements, and program information

     v.          Support communication with students, parents, and facilitators

   vi.          Provide general administrative support to the BECC Academy team

What We’re Looking For

       i.          Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

     ii.          Good communication and teamwork abilities

    iii.          Ability to work independently and manage time well

   iv.          Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

     v.          Willingness to learn and adapt

   vi.          Passion for youth education and community impact
