Heiligtum Des Herrn Hotel is looking for an experienced on-site hotel manager/Administrator. The successful candidate will promote the brand through marketing and professional service delivery to attract patronage. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Job Description

·       Promote the brand through marketing and professional service delivery to attract patronage.

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

·       Manage reservations and check-ins.

·       Responsively handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.

·       Lead a cutting-edge, highly motivated, and innovative team.

·       Perform additional administrative duties as required.

·       Manage an effective and efficient balance sheet for high returns on assets

Qualifications

·       A minimum of a 1st Degree, HND, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

·       Must be a team player.

·       At least 3 years of post-national service experience in a similar role.

·       Residence in Winneba or surrounding areas is preferred (candidates should be prepared to relocate at their own expense).
