Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the CEO on behalf of our client. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage confidential matters with the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

                  Executive Support: Manage a demanding calendar, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and ensure the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly.

                  Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.

                  Project Coordination: Oversee special assignments, conduct research, prepare reports, and support event planning as needed.

                  Information & Document Management: Prepare, organize, and analyze key documents to support executive decision-making.

                  Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive personal and business matters with the highest level of confidentiality.

                  Task & Time Management: Balance personal and professional commitments, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

                  Problem-Solving & Initiative: Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address potential challenges to maintain smooth daily operations.

 

Minimum Qualifications

                  3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a high-pressure environment.

                  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

                  Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

                  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

                  Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

                  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and business communication tools.

                  A resourceful and independent team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

 

Working Conditions: Full-time, office-based role with access to necessary tools and technology.

Occasional travel may be required for business meetings, events, or special engagements.
