A reputable company is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Personnel Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing support for various business and personal needs of the Founder/CEO of two early-stage businesses. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will provide ongoing support for various business and personal needs of the Founder/CEO of two early-stage businesses.

Qualification

·       Highly organized, quick learner, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time

·       Prior experience as a PA is an added advantage

·       Interest/experience in fashion and/or e-commerce

·       Marketing, sales, social media management, graphic design and video editing skills

·       Comfortable with online tools (WhatsApp, Social media platforms, etc)

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       A keen eye for detail

·       Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

·       Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

·       Ability to work independently

·       Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection

·       High level of integrity, honesty and dependability
