vi. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
i. Minimum Diploma/Degree
ii. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
iii. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
iv. Previous customer service experience preferred.
