A reputable imports company is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a call centre representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking to customers and clients and providing them with accurate information at all times. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will promote and sell company’s products via phone calls

·       Candidate must ensure customers inquiries, complaints and queries are satisfied and responded to at all times

·       Candidate will provide information of company’s products and services

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·       Proven experience as a call centre representative is an added advantage

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

Renumeration

·       Company will provide full training

·       Basic health care provision

·       Extra Allowances based on achieved results

·       Yearly bonuses based on achieved results
