Move Hub Net seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Customer Onboarding Officer. The ideal candidate will guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.

·       The candidate will be responsible for educating on company products, services and usage best practices.

·       The candidate will collaborate with sales, support and product teams to improve the customer experience.

·       The candidate must identify potential challenges customers may face and provide proactive solutions

Qualification

·       WASSCE graduate not older than 20 years

·       Must reside within Spintex, Teshie and its environs

·       Must have a smartphone

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       The candidate will work 5 hours per day
