Responsibilities
· The candidate will be accountable for answering phone calls courteously
· The candidate will be responsible for guiding guests and issuing guest badges
· The candidate will handle client complaints
· The candidate will be responsible for filing documents
· The candidate will be responsible for refilling office supplies
· The candidate will be responsible for receiving deliveries
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations Management or other relevant fields
· Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive
· A keen eye for detail
· Good customer service skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
