The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the production of high-impact, executive-ready corporate documents and reports. This role guarantees the clarity, precision, and professional integrity of all materials designed for the company's board, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, directly supporting effective governance and data-driven strategic communication.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Governance & Executive Documentation
i. Draft and meticulously edit high-level reports, memos, governance briefs, and official communiqués for presentation to the Board of Directors, shareholders, and C-suite.
ii. Manage the end-to-end preparation of board packs, investment updates, and strategic project summaries, ensuring all content is accurate, concise, and aligned with strategic objectives.
iii. Establish and maintain rigorous version control and archiving standards for all critical policy and governance records.
Data Analysis and Visualization for Reporting
i. Analyze and interpret complex business data (e.g., performance metrics, financial results, project statuses) to extract key insights relevant to corporate strategy and governance.
ii. Develop clear, compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, and dashboards) and supporting narratives for inclusion in executive reports and presentations.
iii. Translate complex analytical findings into concise, actionable summaries for non-technical senior leadership audiences.
Corporate Communications Support
i. Develop clear, compelling, and consistent written materials that articulate organizational strategy, performance, and key priorities.
ii. Prepare executive talking points, presentation summaries, and internal communication notes to support management-level briefings and external representation.
iii. Act as a central coordinator, collaborating across departments (e.g., Finance, Legal) to gather, synthesize, and verify complex inputs for consolidated reports and correspondence.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
i. Maintain the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive, proprietary, and board-level information.
ii. Strictly uphold editorial and information security protocols appropriate for governance and public-facing corporate materials.
Qualifications and Skills
i. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability in high-stakes business writing, editing, and technical documentation.
ii. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
iii. 3+ years of progressive experience in a role focused on executive support documentation, corporate communications, investor relations, or policy drafting.
iv. Strong analytical, organizational, and quantitative capabilities; meticulous attention to detail; and sound professional judgment are essential.
v. Ability to prioritize and manage complex workloads under tight deadlines.
