We're looking for a highly experienced, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead this position. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth initiatives and regional expansion. What You'll Do
i. Drive strategic growth initiatives and regional expansion.
ii. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of 20+ professionals.
iii. Deliver measurable revenue growth and build strong client relationships.
iv. Define and execute bold market-entry strategies and high-value deal closures.
What We're Looking For
i. Proven success in business development within IT/software solutions or related sectors. Track record of achieving 30%+ YoY revenue growth.
ii. Experience managing large sales teams (20+).
iii. Strong strategic thinking, risk-taking ability, and leadership skills.
iv. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
