i. Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational policies and procedures.
ii. Supervise the daily activities of departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
iii. Coordinate logistics, procurement, and resource allocation for organizational activities.
iv. Monitor and ensure the functionality of office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
v. Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and workflow.
vi. Collect, analyze, and report operational data to aid management decision-making.
