A well-established 4-star hotel in Accra is seeking a dedicated and professional Night

Auditor to oversee night operations and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during late

hours. This is a key role for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership

and customer service skills.

Job Summary:

As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing hotel operations overnight,

ensuring guest satisfaction, security, and smooth front desk operations. You will handle any

issues that arise, oversee late check-ins and check-outs, and maintain the hotel’s high

standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless guest

·       experience.

·       Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries professionally.

·       Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

·       Monitor security and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

·       Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports, including end-of-day audits.

·       Supervise night staff and ensure high standards of service.

·       Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

·       HND/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations,

·       preferably in a similar role.

·       Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an advantage.

·       Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·       Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

·       Familiarity with hotel management software and financial reporting.

·       Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
