Gilsan Manufacturing Limited Company seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Warehouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff and daily operations of the company. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will supervise warehouse staff and daily operations
· The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring timely receipt, storage, and delivery of goods
· The candidate must maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
· The candidate must ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
· The candidate will be responsible for conducting daily inspections of warehouse grounds and equipment
· The candidate will communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers
Qualification
· High School diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields
· Previous work experience in warehouse supervision or management
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
· Problem-solving and time-management abilities
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
