A reputable company is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual for the position of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, providing accurate product and service information to customers, and assisting with inquiries. The ideal candidate must have proven work experience in a customer service role or equivalent. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries and questions.

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate product and service information to customers and assisting with inquiries

·       The candidate will deliver information about the company’s products and services

·       The candidate will be responsible for resolving issues and handling customer complaints

·       The candidate will be responsible for processing orders, payments, refunds and updates to customer records in the company database

Qualification

·       Proven work experience in a Customer Service role or equivalent.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

·       Applicants must be living in Westland, Dome and its environs.
