The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, providing accurate product and service information to customers, and assisting with inquiries. · The candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries and questions.
· The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate product and service information to customers and assisting with inquiries
· The candidate will deliver information about the company’s products and services
· The candidate will be responsible for resolving issues and handling customer complaints
· The candidate will be responsible for processing orders, payments, refunds and updates to customer records in the company database
Qualification
· Proven work experience in a Customer Service role or equivalent.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
