Sidan Associates & Partners is seeking the services of qualified, skilled and experience Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of high-quality architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design process, from conceptualization to complete. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will lead the architectural process

·       The candidate must ensure alignment with client needs and company objectives

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed architectural drawings, plans and specifications in compliance with local building regulations and industry standards

·       The candidate will oversee and coordinate with project teams

·       The candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress

·       The candidate must ensure all designs meet sustainability and safety requirements

·       The candidate must liaise with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposal and incorporate feedback into project development

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or other relevant fields

·       Master’s Degree in Architecture or other relevant fields is an added advantage

·       Licensed or registered architect in Ghana (preferred)

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other architectural design software

·       Good understanding of building codes and construction processes

·       Excellent project management and leadership skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       A keen eye for details
