The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinating office operations. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations
· The candidate will order supplies and maintain office equipment
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
· The candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees
· The candidate must collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations Management, Management, and other related field
· Proven experience in an administrative role
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
