Responsibilities
i. The candidate must ensure that the client's needs are met

iii. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems
iv. The candidate will assist with contract negotiations and renewals
Qualification
i. 5 – 10 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager
ii. Strong written and verbal communication skills
iii. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
iv. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
v. Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
vi. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
