Great Minds Ghana seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Accounts Personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records and preparing invoices, receipts and payments. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position of an Accounts Personnel;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate must ensure accuracy and completeness in recording financial transactions and maintaining financial records.

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, receipts and payments. Thus handling the preparation of invoices, and receipts and processing payments promptly

·       The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in all financial tasks and documentation.

·       The candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with team members, clients and vendors to address any financial queries or issues.

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivables, ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding invoices.

·       The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the filing of tax returns and other statutory payments in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields

·       Proven work experience in accounting or a similar role

·       Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Excel

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
