Capfem Consultancy is seeking a Front Desk and Administrative Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the office. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and be able to multitask with a professional attitude and appearance. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities:
i. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
ii. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
iii. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
iv. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
v. Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
vi. Schedule meetings and appointments.
vii. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
i. Candidate should live around Teshie, Manet, Spintex, and its environs.
ii. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
iii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
iv. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a professional attitude and appearance.
