Suit Master seeks qualified and hardworking individuals for the Customer Service Representative position. The ideal candidate must be a male and reside in Tema or its environs. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for acknowledging customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction

·       The candidate will be responsible for arranging product replacements for customers

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships

·       The candidate will be responsible for communicating customer feedback to management

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing customer rapport

·       The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients and customers

·       The candidate will be responsible for following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualification

·       Must be a male

·       Minimum of a WASSCE certificate

·       Reside in and around Tema

·       Good written and verbal English Language communication skills

·       Good knowledge of Male Clothing Styles, fabrics, and kaftans

·       Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
