Health Tech Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Sales Representative. The successful candidate is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s portfolio of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic equipment, and healthcare solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent after sales support while achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

1.    Develop and grow sales of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare solutions within the assigned territory.

2.    Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, procurement officers, and other healthcare professionals.

3.    Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training, and participate in exhibitions, conferences, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

4.    Prepare quotations, proposals, and support tender submissions and procurement processes.

5.    Maintain accurate sales records, customers databases (CRM), and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.

6.    Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and relevant healthcare regulations.


Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years' sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare equipment, or healthcare services.

Skills:

·       Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

·       Strong knowledge of the Ghanaian healthcare sector, procurement, and tender processes.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Valid Ghanaian driver's licence (Class B or above) with willingness to travel extensively across  Ghana.

·       Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
