Idea Searching, is seeking the services of a dynamic, results-driven, qualified and experienced individual for the position of an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional services and achieve revenue targets. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.

·       The candidate will work with colleagues to devise advertising campaigns that meet clients' briefs and budgets.

·       The candidate will present campaign ideas and budgets to clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks

·       The candidate will make pitches, along with other agency staff, to secure new business for the agency

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business administration, management, journalism or other relevant fields

·       A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible

·       Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Effective teamwork skills

·       Resilience, to enables you to deal with problems and constructive criticism

·       IT literacy and an awareness of how the industry is developing through new communication technologies
