A reputable company is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate will lead the organization and drive business growth, profitability, and success. The successful candidate will monitor staff requirements from various departments to ensure the right level of staffing. The ideal candidate must be proactive and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Monitoring staff requirements from various departments to ensure the right level of staffing.
ii. Recruitment and selection of the right candidate.
iii. Initiate the interview process.
iv. Conduct orientation for new staff.
v. Maintain and ensure regular updates of staff data.
vi. Ensure processing and completion of all relevant forms upon appointment of new staff(within a week - orientation period).
vii. Ensure new employees are given their appointment letters by the 1st day of work.
viii. Advice on engagements, confirmations, and disengagement, and a monthly report to Head, P&C.
ix. Ensure prompt and accurate recording of staff data and all other information relevant upon engagement.
Qualification
i. A degree in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years' working experience in the manufacturing sector.
ii. Must be proactive and have very good communication skills.
iii. Relevant knowledge of Ghanaian labour law.
iv. Should be able to work without supervision.
