Virtually Hons is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment and staffing skills. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Consolidate staff needs and advise on staff competencies

     ii.          Identify talents and propose a program for training

    iii.          Track staff performance

   iv.          Monitor staff productivity and discipline, and propose remedial action

Qualification

       i.          Recruitment and Staffing Skills

     ii.          Knowledge of Ghana labor laws

    iii.          Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

   iv.          Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

     v.          Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

   vi.          Good time management skills
