G-Maestro Limited seeks the services of passionate, qualified, and hardworking individuals for the position of an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers and organizing and scheduling appointments with the administrative software. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position of an Administrative Assistant;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

·       The candidate will be organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software.

·       The candidate will be responsible for planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.

·       The candidate will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls

·       The candidate will be responsible for writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a filing system

·       The candidate will be responsible for planning meetings and taking detailed minutes

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in English, Linguistics, and/or related Disciplines

·       Postgraduate degree in English or related discipline will be an added advantage

·       A good quantitative background will be an added advantage

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good presentation skills

·       Trainable and adjusts well to all types of working environments

·       Excellent customer relations, report writing, and office management skills

·       Discipline, time conscious, honest and hardworking

Remuneration

·       Available benefits

·       Salary Ghc 2,000 – Ghc 2,500
