DeeTek is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, experienced individuals for the position of Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our company's financial operations, ensuring fiscal health, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role involves managing budgets, financial reporting, risk mitigation, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

     ii.          Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimise resource allocation.

    iii.          Analyse financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

   iv.          Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance, including liaising with tax advisors.

     v.          Ensure application security and data protection standards are met.

   vi.          Participate in the full software development lifecycle - from requirements gathering to deployment.

  vii.          Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

viii.          Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

       i.          Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

     ii.          7+ years in financial management, including 3+ years in a senior role, industry-specific experience is an added advantage.

    iii.          Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

   iv.          Proficiency in financial software and Excel.

     v.          In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and risk management.

   vi.          CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.

     ii.          Being available when the company needs you to meet a deadline, even when off duty

    iii.          Willingness to travel occasionally for audits or meetings.

   iv.          Attention to detail and accuracy.
